Megan Clarke

I graduated from Appalachian State University with my Bachelor’s of Science in Clinical Exercise Science. I am continuing my education here in the Master’s of Exercise Science with a concentration in research. I am a graduate assistant in the Microvascular and Thermal division of this laboratory and also help with data collection in the VBAS Lab. 

Kumar Dave

I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. My future plans are to attend medical school with hopes of focusing on orthopedics.

Meagan Rock

I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2014 and am now working on a Master's of Science in Exercise Science from Appalachian State.  I work as a graduate assistant in the VBASL lab.  My future plans include attending Physician Assistant school.  

Jamie Stark

I am from Fishersville, Virginia and I attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.  I received my Bachelor's of Science in Health Assessment and Promotion and am now working towards my Master's of Science in Exercise Science.  I work as a graduate assistant in the Learning Assistance Program helping with academic advising with Appalachian's athletes. 

Megan Berry

I am currently working on obtaining my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University, which will be complete in May 2014. I began working in the VBAS lab this summer and will begin my thesis in the spring of 2014. I plan to continue my education and research at Appalachian and intend to work towards my Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. 

Beth Magyar

I will be graduating in Spring 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. My future plans are to attain a doctorate in physical therapy and work with children. I volunteer in the lab, assisting with collecting data for various studies. 

Morgan Tucker

I am from Mooresville, NC. I am a senior at Appalachian State graduating in May 2014 with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology.  After my undergraduate study I aspire to attend PA school. I am interested in all fields of medicine with special interests in cardiology, orthopedics, and surgery.  I work as an undergraduate research assistant in the VBAS lab collecting data.
