Now that you have graduated from THRIVE, it is important to keep exercising and eating healthy. This website is designed to help keep you accountable and staying on track with your diet and exercise plan. Each week, you will send us what exercise you did, what you ate and your weight. By doing this, we will be able to monitor your weight and help you stay on track.
Evidence shows that people who lose weight gradually (1-2 lbs per week) are more successful at keeping weight off!
